Returns + Exchanges Policy
Aqua JT Luxe Sdn. Bhd. stands behind the quality of every product we curate. Whether you are investing in your skincare ritual or your personal style, your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Return & Exchange Period
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your parcel. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure fairness and hygiene, items must meet the following conditions:
AmyJane Skincare: Due to the nature of beauty products, masks must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for masks that have been opened due to hygiene regulations.
Aurel Edge Handbags: Bags must be in original, pristine condition with all tags, dust bags, and protective plastics attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, scratches, or perfume scents.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
With 8 years of industry experience, we personally inspect every order before it leaves our office. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing fault:

Provide your Order Number and clear photo/video evidence of the defect.
We will arrange a 1-to-1 replacement for the same item at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during a Clearance, Flash Sale, or using a specific “Final Sale” promo code.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Message our team via Email with your order details.
Step 2: Once approved, securely pack your item. For handbags, please use the original box to prevent crushing during transit.
Step 3: Ship the item back to our Malaysian headquarters.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., NinjaVan, PosLaju). We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed via your original payment method or issued as Store Credit (valid for 6 months), depending on your preference.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
