Shipping Policy
At Aqua JT Luxe Sdn. Bhd., we understand that when you invest in your beauty and lifestyle, you want your items delivered safely and promptly. We take great care in packaging your AmyJane masks and Aurel Edge handbags to ensure they arrive in perfect, “boutique” condition.

1. Shipping Within Malaysia
We partner with reliable local couriers (such as NinjaVan, DHL, and PosLaju) to ensure your parcel reaches you quickly.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard Delivery (West Malaysia): 2–4 business days.

Standard Delivery (East Malaysia): 5–7 business days.

Shipping Rates: * Flat rate of RM RM8.00 for West Malaysia. (Mask)

Flat rate of RM RM16.00 for East Malaysia. (Mask)

Shipping Rates: * Flat rate of RM RM16.00 for West Malaysia. (Handbag)

Flat rate of RM RM32.00 for East Malaysia. (Handbag)

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over RM 100 (West Malaysia) & RM 150 (East Malaysia) – AmyJane Mask

2. Other Countries: Please contact us at hello@aquajtluxe.com for a custom shipping quote if your country is not listed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your “glow” directly through the courier’s portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Packaging Excellence
Drawing from our 8 years of experience, we know how delicate premium products can be.

AmyJane Masks: Shipped in padded mailers or boxes to prevent box compression.

Aurel Edge Handbags: Shipped in a sturdy outer box with internal stuffing and a dust bag to maintain the bag’s structure and hardware quality.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Aqua JT Luxe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee will apply.

7. Missing or Stolen Parcels
While we ensure every parcel is handed over to our couriers securely, Aqua JT Luxe is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
